Who is tierd of hearing maybe you just need to relax and stop trying?.?

As I find the courage to tell people about my trouble ttc I find several people still saying this. Even after I explain my issues. I guess there is always that small tiny chance things could happen unassisted but its a very small chance. I still get the once I stopped trying it happend for me speach. Yeah, it did but you were perfectly healthy with no medical reasons to keep you from conceiving. If you do not get this how do you avoid it? How do you explain. I have strait out said I can not do it on my own and still hear this.
