Really need input because I'm impatient

When I went a week ago to A private scan the baby's legs were crossed. The tech was confident in gender and got a 'nub' shot from the side. I thought it might mean one gender over the other since she was able to tell with the legs crossed. She explained she could tell either way and basically explained the nub theory to me. I didn't feel confident with this as the week went on so I went and got re scanned yesterday. They got a positive for sure scan. (Legs weren't crossed- phew) After she found the gender, she let us see the baby. She said "oh, look at her little hand." Then Paused and said "or his hand". Almost like a cover. I was pretty sure it was a boy but now I don't know. That's why I'm posting this picture because I do see three lines and not sure if that's what I think it is. Can you tell I'm just dying to know? Haha. We have the big reveal next weekend and it will for Sure be a surprise now! Let me know what you guys think!
