Losing weight/thyroid problem

I could really use some advice. I've lost a lot of weight over the past few years but I'm hitting rock bottom again. I've gone from 176 lbs and now I'm at 125. I'm starting to fluctuate again drastically. I'm watching my weight every few days and it's driving me nuts. I do weight watchers but because of my thyroid I am still having trouble maintaining. I've tried to talk to my doctor but they don't feel that it is a thyroid problem therefore they didn't address the concern. I'm trying to work out but my work schedule temporarily limits me from doing so as much as I'd like to. My stomach is my main concern. That is where I'm most self conscious about. I'm not a sugary/sweets type of person and I don't eat a lot of salty food. I'm really at a loss here. 😢 I know this is a really silly and dumb thing to post but I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!
