Unsure of pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant and 1 day and the u/s only showed my yolk sac but no baby. They said I miscarriage but I have not had any symptoms no bleeding or anything. My doctor checked my levels and they were normal . I go back next week for another ultrasound. Has anyone experience this before?
