Boyfriend Problems?

So my boyfriend remains good friends with his ex and I don't get it! I never could be friends with any of my exs. So my question is Can you be friends with your exs? Should I be upset? I just don't get it? I talk with him about it and he says that I have nothing to worry about but it's still weird to me what do you guys think?

my partner is still 'civil' with his ex due to having children together, but if he sees exes places he'll generally talk to them, I mean it does frustrate me a lil but at the end of the day they aren't together & he still comes home to me. personally though I refuse to talk to my ex :)

I'm friends with my ex. We are both happily married with families. I get along great with his wife as he gets along great with my husband. We even get together quite often. It all depends on the situation I guess.

Me an my husband still talk to a few of our exes. Most of his exes are friends of mine anyways cause we all knew eachother in high school. My exes he never met when I actually dated them but if I kept in contact with them then he's met them all. No big deal we are all adults an it doesn't matter. Most of us don't even act like we are exes cause it was so long ago an such a short time that it just doesn't matter

I'm not friends with any of mine. My husband was friends with his ex wife until we started dating, then, she started asking him for money and asking about our relationship. He ended that friendship quickly, it was so disrespectful.

I am friends with some of my exes and my DF is friends with some of his. I don't see the harm being friends with people that you had a past relationship with. Just because they are an ex doesn't mean they are so horrible that you can't be on friendly terms
