9 weeks pregnant - Advice?

Question

Anyone else get nauseous in the evening? I swear my "morning sickness" starts at about 6/7PM. I've thrown up about 4 times since 7 weeks but other than that I just feel sick to my stomach. 
I am new to this. Although, it's my third pregnancy after 2 miscarriages at 6 weeks. Any advice? Do's and Don'ts?

Yeah unfortunately "morning sickness " doesn't just occur in the morning. Mine has been all day that gets worse in the afternoon.

I found using real ginger in my tea helps & anything sugary makes it worse. But that's me.

You could try drinking some ginger tea in the evening

I am 7 weeks, but my nausea mostly comes at night. No vomiting, just extreme nausea starting around 9pm.
