Colostrum Supply
Does anyone know if our colostrum supply is fixed (aka we make a certain quantity and when it's out it's out) or if it's created via supply and demand like milk?
I ask because I'm 32 weeks and beginning to leak...at first I was super curious about my boobs' new trick and manually expressed some. I know this stuff is super valuable to our new babes and I want to make sure I won't be fresh out by the time the baby comes if I keep leaking at this rate!
Of course I will stop intentionally trying to squeeze it out but regardless: will my body create more?
