My boyfriend as of two years now did it day by day. We had four out of eight classes together and sits behind me in every one and he would hear me talk to other girls about what's romantic.. So each day in different classes he would leave something on my desk before I would get there. The first day left "The Fault In Our Stars" because he overheard I wanted to read it. The second day he left a bouquet of roses. The third day he left a copy of the newer Footloose on my desk because I told him that's my favorite movie. And then the fourth day was his phone number and we've never really spoken to each other before but I liked him so I went home and text him and he told me to meet him at an address and he was holding a necklace with his it initial on it and asked me to be his girlfriend. ❤️

I had one boyfriend, ask me out with French fries... I had gotten up to go pee and he and spelled, " go out with me? Eat them if it's a yes." Lol kinda dorky but it was cute.

Over text 😂 I had just gotten out of a shitty relationship and he broke up with me around my birthday (Dec 18) so 2 days before Christmas break. and I went to my best guy friend for support and he was there for but also happy that I was out of a relationship with a douche bag he hated because he liked me. so after a few days of talking to him, he said how he loved me and he would ask me out in person after break since I wouldn't see him DURING break and then he texted me and was like "okay I'm in love with you, and I can't wait until break is over. Skylar Jean, will you be my girlfriend" and I was like 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭yes

I'm pretty sure my first boyfriend asked me out in a text haha. First girlfriend asked in person. Met the other guy I've dated on tinder so there wasn't ever really a "asking out" thing.
