Can I ovulate with an hcg level of 8.2

I had my hcg levels done Friday and they were 8.2.. I had a period at a level of 38.6..! That was last Wednesday. I'm assuming they have dropped to near 0 because I no longer have a positive hpt.i was just wondering if I should ovulate in the next couple weeks?
