So I know I'm always asking about my pill but I really puzzled about this stuff still. I'm on the 21 day pill and because my period is such a killer I took 1 more pill to delay my period making it 22 pills so now when i start my new pack do I start on the day I would start i I was too take it only for 21 days or has the day shifted to the 22nd day and I should take it seven days from the 22nd day?
