Please don't judge!

Question for you ladies, I am currently ttc #1 for about a year and a half no luck 😔 my question is after my husband and I have sex I  get right up. Is there any possibility that could be hurting out chances? Should I lay down for a few? Doctor said it really doesn't matter but I'm wondering now. 🤔
