How long AFTER should I wait to conceive? Do I start 14days after the FIRST day of hell week or 14days after the LAST day of hell week?

Answer

Its better to start having intercourse at CD 7 - because than sperm is waiting in your uterus/tubes until your ovulation happens. If you start at CD 14 you could miss your ovulation. ( if you have a regular 28 cyclus, if your cyclus is longer or shorter: begin earlier or later than CD7!)

14 after the first day. Use ovulation tests so you can better track and you'll conceive quicker knowing when you ovulate.
