Update*
Ok I said I was having lightheadness and dizziness with a headache. Today I was sitting down and all of a sudden i had a sharp pain in my right side like 30 minutes later I went to pee and wiped and it was light red spotting only showing up on the toilet paper. Could I be preggo???
