Help!!!

I had 2 BFPs, one last night and one this morning.  My last period was 10/30.  I am sooo excited. But I went to the doctor this morning to have blood work done to conform my pregnancy. Thy also did a urine test and it came out negative :(. The blood results will be ready in 2 days.  Please help, is it possible that my 2 positives were done too early? What is the chance that the doctors test is not as sentive as mine? I used clearblue!! My period is suppose to start in 18 days according to glow.  Please any experience or feedback will help!
