Pain during sex

On the 12 of May my DH and I had intercourse, during it I suddenly got a very uncomfortable sharp pain from my left side. It continued for about a minute or so. I had to stop bc it hurt. I read recently that that pain was an egg being released. Now it's been 2 wks, and 2 days ago I was "leaking" constantly (white watery mucus) and yday and today my nipples are extremely sensitive, itchy at times and sore when touched. What exactly is going on? I have been researching everything and I am so confused. Is there anyone that has gone through this could tell me what exactly is going on? TIA
