transition help??
I'm vegetarian and trying to be vegan for the 3rd time in 2 years. The first time went well, the second was short lived, and now I'm having an even harder time transitioning back into it. My main problem is dairy products and baked goods 😅
side part: I'm also trying to cut back on sweet/salty foods but my cravings are so intense all the time! I need tips please
