I was so upset!

Today while grocery shopping I saw a mother with 3 kids and there was an infant (probably 6-9 months old) sitting in the front of the cart and the baby reached for a bottled water and this woman yelled at the top of her lungs and slapped her so hard I could hear it way down the aisle and the baby started crying and wailing and I was so upset I started crying (preggo hormones). I wanted to say something so badly but I restrained myself. Would you be upset by this? It hurt my heart - too Young and small to hit. 😭😭😭
