Okay so I broke up with my ex Bc he's been cheating on me since day one. I have took multiple pregnancy tests. They were all negative. I have a four month old, but I can see and feel my stomach moving. I'm starting to freak. I know what a baby feels like moving and it's the same feeling. It says I'm not pregnant and I'm starting to get frantic.

Sounds like phantom kicks. I got them after my first pregnancy until I got pregnant with my current babies. It happens, and it's totally normal, just muscle spasms/memory.

I highly doubt your pregnant. If you have a 4 month old it could be your placenta contracting too.

Sometimes there are things like ghost kicks or something ? I used to get them all the time !!! Maybe just keep testing and even though it's hard to wait, maybe wait till after your first missed period.
