How to keep sanity after giving birth!!!!
It's hard for all new mommies to adjust to this new life and change, the lack of sleep, the responsibility, the feedings, no time for ourselves, not knowing what to do half of the time and sometimes feeling like we're not doing a good job, my baby is 12 days old and it's been hard to adjust, I often find myself rushing through meals and running all over the house like I'm going insane, and just now I realized that I'm spending so much time worrying and being anxious that I wasn't enjoying my baby, I found helpful that taking a little time during the day to enjoy your new baby makes you realized why all of this is worth every second..... So don't forget to take an hour from your day to cuddle with you baby or simply hold him and spend time with him not thinking about all the responsibilities!! Remember how badly you wanted to hold him when he was in your belly and realize that your baby is finally here ! Don't stress so much enjoy the jorney❤️
