Paid $320 with tax. 
The swivel motion starts out kind of jerky and startled our daughter into rage crying.
The LED light is like a laser beam and is so bright it would wake her. The base is not space friendly. I'm halfway convinced ours is possessed by anti-sleep demons. 
We bought a little $30 snuggle nest co-sleeper and she loved it. Go figure. Our baby is a cheapo 👍🏻. 
Bottom line, if your baby loves it, it's worth every penny no matter what you spent.

I love it!!! For the first month our baby wouldn't sleep in her crib but would sleep in this bassinet.  It does take up some space with its wide base though and if you trip over the legs of the base it will hurt! But all in all my baby loved it!

I wasn't going to get a bassinet at all but a friend gave me her Halo, and I love it! I can swivel baby really close to me in bed and check on him easily without getting up. Can also swivel him out of my way without disturbing him when I get up to get ready to feed him. I love it and am so glad it was gifted to me!

Man you guys in the US have such cheap stuff compared to Australia! The RRP over here is $400!
