Has anyone come up with a heartburn remedy that works?

Question

I have tried antacids, Apple cider vinegar, dairy and avoided certain foods but my heartburn is relentless. 
What has helped you? I'm desperate.

Orange juice, I had bad heart burn and I drank orange Juice and it cleared it up.

Marshmallow peeps and milk!!! Saved me when I had horrific heartburn during my first pregnancy. The marshmallow and the milk neutralise the acid.

Rantitidine (sold under the brand name zantac) works and is considered safe while pregnant.  Thankfully I haven't had a bad time with the pregnancy,  but when I've suffered before it was the only thing that worked.
