Possibly early pregnancy signs?

Hi ladies I'm only like 4-5 dpo. AF due 6/1. I've been experience cramps the last few days as well as lower back pain. Also the last two days I've been having very watery CM. so much so I need to run to the bathroom because it feels like it keeps coming out. Never experienced this before. Any of you had these signs and ended up being pregnant???

It's hard to say. When I was TTC I had every symptom in the book. Changed every months. Turns out it was probably all in my head and I was major symptom spotting. When I got my BFP, it was pms symptoms. I really felt like I normally do before my period.
