Do I have a dry socket after wisdom teeth extraction?

I can't find any website where I could post this along with the picture so I'll give Eve a try or if anyone knows where I could post please comment! I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and I've been feeling ok. However when I look at the bottom holes, I see this white thing inside that looks like bone. Apparently it means a dry socket but I feel no pain. Anybody know what it could be?

Ohhhh yes that's a dry socket and it looks painful, I had a dry socket and that's what it looked like but it was excruciating for me. Your pain tolerance might be higher than normal because that looks like it hurts.

I literally had mine our April 29 and I thought I had multiple dry sockets but when I went to the surgeon to check on it he flushed it out with a syringe and it was just food. Gross I know. But it felt so much better afterwards. Maybe you should call them to see if they can take a look at it. It's almost been a month and I still have the holes and when I look back there I can see food particles in them so after every meal I flush them out.

I cant really tell from the picture but i had exposed bone and that shit HURT i didnt recover from pain for 2 months then i got tmj 😡 but if its not painful just keep up with the rinses dry sockets heal on their own the only thing the dentist or surgeon will do is put a numbing medicine soaked sponge (which btw is the foulest thing ive ever tasted) in the hole so your not in pain anymore until it can heal if it becomes painful id get it checked-so it doesnt get infected- but otherwise just keep up with rinses and staying away from the foods your supposed to avoid
