Sleeping positions in second Tri...
So I know that you're not meant to sleep on your back. Before being pregnant I never slept on my back!
Now, the only time I am not meant to... I can't stop!
I've put a pillow beside me and behind me and I even try to lay on my belly on an angle so I can't roll onto my back.
But EVERY single time I wake up - I'm flat on my back!!!! And sometimes with my knees bent towards my face!!!! It's very weird.
Anyway. Is it really that bad?
It doesn't make me feel uncomfortable but makes my back feel a lot more stiff. If I sneeze or cough I feel like my back is broken!
This is the hardest part of my first 20 weeks 😂
