Tips on eating healthier?
EDIT: I don't have time to reply to everyone but thank you all so much for your tips :)
Since being pregnant, I've been eating sweet stuff like sugar is going extinct. I used to be pretty healthy and enjoy eating well but I feel like I've lost control. I know it's bad for both me and my baby and really want to kick this awful habit. Calorie-counting and going on diets aren't sustainable for me!
Do you have tips for getting into the right frame of mind (saying no to cravings etc.) and get back on track?
