Pregnant or nah

So my period roughly ended a month ago (Apr 18-23) I had unprotected sex Apr 29th (didnt come inside me) but yeah he assured everything would be fine. Thoughts? My periods been extremely irregular, and Ive went back home which is a 16 hour time difference from Arizona and I've been hitting the gym. It's mostly just the waiting game right? 🙃
