Does anybody go to kaiser? Specifically in Sacramento? I have my anatomy scan today and I can not find my paper that gives prep instructions 😕 how soon before am I supposed to pee? How much water do I need to drink? And how many people can go with me? Ugh I thought I was being so organized but I have no idea where it went
