I didn't have the option to vote. Canada just made it law that any two people could marry. I would have totally voted for it though. Shouldn't it be like that every where?? Why give people a vote???

Both my wife and I did!

But at this point I am so glad to see states are no longer putting people's rights up to a vote! I can't wait to see it legalized across the whole country. I know there's still a lot more to be done regarding our rights, but marriage equality helps to show the world that we're normal people and deserve to be treated equally across all fronts.

I think it's pathetic that it's even up for debate. If you don't want a non-traditional marriage, don't be in a non-traditional relationship! Love is love, and the more of it there is, the better. Who are we to limit someone's choices?

And no, I didn't vote, mostly because I just moved out of county and my registration is all screwed up. I'll fix it when I have to stop at the dmv in the spring to renew my registration.
