Coconut drink while breastfeeding
Just heard it's not ok to breastfeed and drink coconut drinks? I was about to buy a strawberry coconut smoothie and the lady was like you're not suppose to drink that after Baby gets here and you're breastfeeding. I gave her a blank stare like can't she see I'm pregnant and not into hearing what I can't and cannot drink or eat because I want everything right now!
