When to start testing opks?

How many days after period would u ladies suggest i start testing for ovulation? My periods usually last about 4 days and im irregular so i cant calculate ovulation? Last period started 16th may any help??

Have you smep? It's plan to help you get pregnant and it suggest to start testing 10 days after the first day of your period. But you should start "baby dancing" in CD 8 and then do it every other day until you get your positive OPK. Once you get your positive baby dance that day, the next, and the next day. Skip a day and baby dance again. And if you don't get a positive OPK baby dance every other day until you get your period. Hope this makes sense. Good luck.
