Period like symptoms after BFP

Has anyone ever had their period while pregnante. Well it's technically not a period but period like bleeding, clotting and cramping? And still had a healthy pregnancy? Were you told you were miscarring? I recently had a postivie pregnancy test and about four days later, had sex, began to bleed and cramp. Then clotting. Not huge clots but tiny tiny scanty tissue. I went to the er and they said i had a early miscarrige, but instead of telling them my lmp was in april, i told them march..so maybe theyre expecting more in the hcg count and ultrasound? I know i messed up by telling then march, i clearly wasnt thinking. My hcg level is a 6. This past wednesday had marked a week late from when i was expecting this months period..helpppppp!!!);
