Tampons
My period is pretty heavy, so I have tried tampons a couple of times. Everytime I use it though I take it out after 4hrs like everyone says. But it hurts like crazy I'm just using he regular ones too! Any advise. My pad could fill up in like 1 hour but my tampon always ends up dry.
