Hello ladies I have a quick question:

So about 2 or 3 weeks ago I had what I thought was my period but it was very light which isn't normal for me but I didn't think much of it but yesterday I stared bleeding again and it's a little heavier but it's not red blood it's very dark brown and clotty. What could this mean and should I be concerned?
