TTC Advice/Planning
I see a lot, and I mean a lot of posts where ladies are counting their days of ovulation.. I haven't taken that approach. Well not to the point of ovulation tests, and taking temperatures and check out my lady parts on a regular basis. I have been tracking my period. And when Glow tells me I'm late I've been testing. Saturday morning I woke up to Aunt Flow. It didn't hit me as hard as a negative test. I get myself all worked up when I test, so to see a negative result makes me want to cry. But seeing my period just made me realize I can start tracking my ovulation a bit better. (Since having my nexplanon removed 4-13-16 I hadn't had a period.)
I was wondering what other things you ladies are doing to prepare, or help aid getting pregnant?!
Myself, I've started prenatal with folic acid. Walking more on a daily basis. Cut back in caffeine and sugar. Less fast food.
My significant other has also cut back on caffeine, and fast food. He's also started taking horny goat weed. Drinking more water, Powerade. Eating foods like seafood, and red foods. Items to help with sperm count, and ED.
We're both rather healthy, although I am a bit over weight. We don't stress a lot. We're happy.
Is there anything else you could think of to help us conceive naturally?
Thoughts, ideas, comments all are appreciated.
