Can carelessness cause a miscarriage at 12 weeks?

I just jumped and rolled into bed as I completely forgot I was pregnant for a second - feel slight pain on my right side of the abdomen.. I didn't jump too hard but I feel really scared... Any advice?

Your baby should be ok,  your muscles might have taken a beating.  Since all of our abdominal area is being shifted around, you are going to feel any pulls and bumps more than usual.

If it makes you feel better,  my MIL fell off a home when she was pregnant with my BIL.  And my grandmother fell down a flight of stairs and slipped on the stairs on the bus when she was pregnant with my youngest uncle.  Both my uncle and BIL were born at full term and healthy.  My husband and I were goofing around really early on and he accidentally pressed my lower abdomen really hard.  I was really worried because it hurt but baby is fine.

I'm sure you're completely fine! Follow up with your doc if you see any bleeding or the pain gets worse.  Of course, you can always call your doc's office anyway if you're worried.

These are muscles that give you pain... your abdomen is just not the same... happens with me often... if there is no continuous pain then you dont need to worry. Speak with you doctor if needed.

Sometimes I feel pain from just rolling over in bed or sitting up too quickly. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.

Too much extra movement will bring aches n pains.  You should be good
