Those who have succeeded on clomid??

Hi ladies :) I am currently 4 DPO, first round of Clomid this month. For those of you who have taken this in the past and succeeded..when did you notice early signs of pregnancy? Today I've been feeling warm all day, checked my temp (not bbt) and I ranged 99.5-100.0°F, yet I don't feel sick at all! Only other "symptoms" I can make mention of is weird twinges and cramping in my uterus/pelvic area that has been on and off throughout the day. We have high possibility for twins so I wasn't sure if 4 DPO is too soon for any of this, or if it's clomid related. Thanks for helping :)

I got pregnant on my first round of clomid 5 years ago. I didnt even know i was pregnant till i was constipated and then i missed af. I never get constipated but af is irregular bcuz of pcos and bicornuate uterus

Apparently for me my pregnancy symptoms feel exactly like pms. I had a chemical pregnancy in February and it looks like I've got a bfp today after my first cycle of clomid.  My breasts are super sore and I have some mild cramping in my uterus.

My first clomid cycle I had crazy hotflashes but I am on my 3rd cycle now and feel much better.

I used clomid 3 cycles and conceived on our third try, honestly the month we conceived is the month I didn't over analyze and I relaxed. I only tested because the smell of coffee made me feel gross and I was hit with extreme sleepiness! Baby dust and goodluck!!!
