26 wks 1 day and saw blood

I'm 26 wks 1 day i went to the bathroom when i was done i wiped myself n it was red blood not light pink or brownish it was BRIGHT RED. I took a shower i have a panty liner on and going to wait till i pee again or should i just call my doc? I'm so scared what could this be??
