Worried!

My af came yesterday and I'm still getting weird symptoms, I usually only get slight cramps before it's due and this month especially today I'm feeling really dizzy and sick and keep getting pains shooting up one side, it's not normal for me so Am I being paranoid or is something up? I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 14th day of cycle but I assume pregnancy is impossible any suggestions?
