Help please 😄

Exclusively breastfeeding, but I want to be able to feed my LO in the car rides. Tried breast milk in bottle she won't take it. Tried formula in bottle with different kinds of nipples she still won't take it. And if she swallowed any formula she'll throw up everything in her tummy ☹️. How did you mamas get your baby to take breast milk or formula from bottle? I really don't have the heart to do anything aggressive as in letting her starve till she takes the bottle.
