Black spots in throat
I've had a sore throat for 5 days now and it is getting increasingly worse. These are the symptoms I have got:
- ear ache (predominantly on the left side)
- difficulty when swallowing
- muscle and joint aches
- fatigue
- swallen throat
- black dots on the back of my throat and my left cheek
