Is this...a boil?

Ugh. So this is my inner thigh right near my underwear line and ive had this for awhile. It comes and goes... it fills up with pus and i just have to wait for it to go down by itself or sometimes i squueze it and stuff comes out. It will go away, but it always comes back. Last time it happened was probably 3 weeks ago. Its really sticking out right now at a point...just took a long warm shower, tried to squueze and blood came out. How can i get rid of it for good? Should i go to the doctor?
