Can you tell when you ovulate?

I've had cramping on my left side all day and I feel bloated and belly feels tight. Almost like I have trapped gas. What all do you ladies experience?

Yes. Every month during fertile week a day after my highest peak is when I ovulate. I get twinge pains on one side each month followed by dry cervical mucus the day after
