Allergy meds while EBF
I ebf my 3 week old and have run into some spring allergy issues. I was looking up what meds were safe to take while BF and saw conflicting conclusions. What has everyone's doctor's cleared you to take? What meds have the least effect on milk supply? (I saw some can decrease supply).
