Bloating or discomfort?

I have an odd sensation where I imagine my ovaries to be- particularly on the right side. It seems to be related to bloating and/or flatulence but I'm still worried about it. It feels like something popping or prickly or tiny jabs. It's not painful, just more of a discomfort thing. It also seems to happen more when I lie down. Does anyone else have this or know what it is? Haven't gotten a confirmed dr spot yet.
