For the past 5 years, my cycle has always been on time, but extremely painful. It's heavy and lasts for 3-5 days, not to mention fever, vomiting, cramps, diahoerea also.

Since the beginning of the year, my periods have late by a few days, I've had cramps throughout my entire cycle, no vomiting or diahorera either.

This cycle round, I was 8 days late, had two negative test on the 2nd and 5th day late then a period that lasted 26 hours, since then I have headaches, nausea and mild cramps.

Anyone experienced this? Or can tell me what's going on please?

NOTE: My partner and I were trying for a baby at the beginning of the year but decided to wait for a while.
