Pregnancy test confusion

So, I've tested myself the past three days and I keep getting faint to moderate colored positives. Today, when I tested, because I still don't believe it, I got two solid red lines on two of the tests, but then the third one was painter. Why the difference and test results? Could this mean I'm something else other than pregnant? Thanks ladies! 💕

Btw, I have a dr's appt on Thursday...
