It's ha4d and takes a while but go do stuff you have always wanted and hangout with your friends and meet new ppl don't rush into another relationship just be you and have fun

Have a good long cry and the stand up and start to do the things you always wanted to do for yourself and which make you feel stronger. I bought my self paint and went to do archery after breaking up. Cutting your hair and having a chat with the barber also helps. Invite your best friend and just keep busy.

I literally went through the same thing. Together 4 years, and a couple months after I ended it after he cheated he called to tell me I needed to get tested for HPV because he had it. I was devastated for months after our breakup, lost 20 lbs. Couldn't eat or sleep. Eventually, I realized I could let it ruin me or use it to make me stronger.

It's been 9 years. I've been married for a little over a year and my husband is the best thing to ever happen to me. Our son is due in 21 days. I never could have imagined 9 years ago, how happy I would be today.

Let yourself grieve, but don't let it take over. Use it. I knew after being with my ex what I would never, ever settle for ever again. And in the end, I'm grateful. Being with him led me to my life now. It may be hard to see now but trust me when I say one day you will look back on it and it won't hurt anymore.
