So I've been taking opk and temp andCM. A few days ago I had a temp spike, ewcm, and felt frisky (all signs of ovulation?) but my opks have not peaked. Today at work I got dizzy, nauseous, and almost passed out. Could this be pregnancy?? Really frustrated with the opk system because everything else seems to be telling me I already ovulated ...? Advice? Have you guys ever gotten pregnant without an opk spike??
