I am breastfeeding my almost 6 month old baby. I haven't gotten my period yet. I have PCOS as well so my period was fairly irregular before I got pregnant. My husband and I want to start trying for a baby in the next few months. I do not want to stop breastfeeding and id prefer not to supplement with formula. Anyone have any ideas how to get my period back without weaning? Maybe pump a lot now and do her over night feeds with expressed milk after a month of pumping? Has anyone tried this?
