Wait... What?

There are women... Pregnant women.... who truly believe it is better to continue smoking while pregnant. Their reason? bc the stress of quitting is worse than the actual side effects from smoking. I thought I couldn't be anymore disappointed in humanity. The stupid actually hurts me physically.
I'm editing to add that I know it's safer to taper than quit cold turkey. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm speaking of the women who believe it is better to not quit AT ALL. 
And obviously it's recommended to quit before TTC, but what about unplanned pregnancies? And the women who don't? Should they just smoke through the whole pregnancy bc oh well??
